Fairly positive developments this week.
I bought a Magic deck (though they are much more expensive than I remember) and gave it a couple of tries. Just enough for me to get a sense of what the deck is built to do. So good start there.
The game store bought all of my copies of Adventures in Oz: Fantasy Roleplaying Beyond the Yellow Brick Road. There was some talk of doing a demo or author event, but my feelings are complicated. I am still proud of my accomplishment and familiar enough that I could run the sample adventure at the drop of a hat, but it was first published over 10 years ago and a lot of water has run under a lot of bridges over that time. As much as I hate to admit it, I'm a different person than I was when I first published it.
The prompt list for the 2022 RPGaDay blogfest released a few days ago, so I think I'm going to take the rest of the time with my writing group to try to get a head start on it.
